1959 – 1960:
Start joined Silat Perisai Diri by the Airlangga University in Surabaya.
1st semester will be started every 6 month. The uniform was in black.
1961 – 1966:
Stepped in the next level (Keluarga).
At that time there was no special names in these levels for Perisai Diri.
Therefore to determine the level, we were using the year of joining as a member. That means at that time we were in (Angkatan IX).
From
1967 – 1969:
* In charge in the Steering Committee to set up the leveling stages in Silat Perisai Diri. The levels will be started from basic, which we called
“white” level until Pendekar with “yellow” level.
We are using the color of the belt as a symbol of the level.
* Opened the Perisa Diri Representative in Pasuruan, Bangil and supported to open in Sidoarjo. All those places located in East Java Province – Indonesia.
* In charge in the Steering committee for
setting up the organization of silat Perisai Diri and coming out with the name “KELATNAS PERISAI DIRI”, which is now famous with Keluarga Silat Nasional Indonesia Perisai Diri
* Designed the symbol of Perisai Diri (the triangle)
* Reached to the level “Merah – Kuning” or as assistant Pendekar.
1970 – 1974:
* In charge in the Steering Committee to prepare AD/ART Kelatnas Indonesia Perisai Diri.
* In charge in the design symbol of levels in Silat PD and the uniform to be in “white”.
* Appointed as the the Head of Keluarga Silat Nasional Indonesia Perisai Diri.
1978 – 1980:
* Opened Silat P.D. Representative in Madiun – East Java Indonesia.
* Reached the “Gold-Yellow” level as Pendekar.
1980 – 1985:
* Opened the Silat P.D. representative in Jember – East Java Indonesia.
* Appointed as the the Head of IPSI (Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia) Jember – East java Indonesia.
1985 – 1987:
* Reopened the Silat P.D. Representative for Bojonegoro – East Java Indonesia.
* Set up the Organization of I.P.S.I representative for Bojonegoro – East Java Indonesia.
1987 – 1996:
* Appointed as the Head of the Silat Perisai diri Organization for East java Province, for a 2 years period.
1996 – 2000:
As a Member of the “Pendekars” Steering Committee.
2000 – 2006:
* Appointed as the Head of Dewan “Pendekars” of
Silat Perisai Diri Organization.
* Starting as an Embryo of a “Total Quality
Body Management Gymnastic” in cooperation with Perisai Diri with the Vision “to be healthy and wealthy life”.
2000 – Now:
* Appointed to be the Head of “Pendekars” Steering Committee for Silat Perisai Diri Organization.
* As a part of the historical “Pendekars” of Perisai diri Indonesia.

* Joined the I.P.S.I Silat Championship for junior class in Jember – East Java.
1986:
* As a member of the I.P.S.I Bojonegoro Team for junior I.P.S.I Championship in Surabaya.
1987:
* In charge for the new start of the Silat Perisai Diri Organization in Surabaya Senior High School (SMAN-IX).
* As the 1st. Winner for Free Fighting Category
in junior Class of P.D. Championship in Surabaya.
1989:
* As the 1st Winner:
for “Weapon performance” and
for “Free Fighting” Category
in P.D. Championship held by the Institute of
Technology Surabaya. This Championship was contributed by all the member of the Universities in East Java Province of Indonesia.
1994 (around):
* As the 2ND Winner for “Free Fighting”
Category in P.D. Championship in Bandung. This Championship was contributed among the student of the Universities in Indonesia.
1995:
* Set up of Silat P.D. organization by PT.PAL – Shipyard Indonesia in Surabaya.
* As the 1st Winner
for “Weapon Performance”,
As a 2ND Winner
for “Empty Hand Performance”
As a 2ND Winner
for “free fighting” Category,
by P.D. Championship in Surabaya which was held by the Organization of P.D. among the Company in Indonesia.
2005:
* Reached the “Blue and Red” level.
* As a member of East Java team for International P.D. Championship in Jogyakarta – Indonesia.
2006 till now:
* Still active in Silat P.D. and giving training for private Student in Singapore.
* As a member of the Support Team of P.D. Total Quality Body Management Gymnastic and giving Training.
